En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, cuando se produce un esguince en la mu\u00f1eca, dedos o tobillos es debido a una ca\u00edda o<b>\u00a0un golpe<\/b>\u00a0e incluso por\u00a0<b>debilidad muscular<\/b>.<\/p><p>En realidad, cualquier accidente que desgarre las bandas resistentes del tejido fibroso que forman el ligamento que recubre los huesos puede generar un esguince.\u00a0<br \/><b>manifestaciones<\/b><\/p><p>Los manifestaciones\u00a0 var\u00edan dependiendo de la causa del esguince y de la zona en la que se produce.<\/p><p>No obstante, los manifestaciones m\u00e1s comunes de un esguince son la\u00a0<b>rigidez articular y el dolor<\/b>\u00a0en la zona afectada, al punto de que cualquier movimiento con la articulaci\u00f3n genera molestia.\u00a0<\/p><p>Cuando se rompen los vasos sangu\u00edneos se producen\u00a0<b>hematomas<\/b>\u00a0en la parte del cuerpo donde se produjo el esguince y alrededor de ella. Adem\u00e1s, la\u00a0<b>inflamaci\u00f3n<\/b>\u00a0es otro manifestaci\u00f3n frecuente en la mayor\u00eda de los personas con esguinces, ya que el nervio se inflama.\u00a0<\/p><p>Incluso algunos personas experimentan\u00a0<b>calor<\/b>\u00a0en la articulaci\u00f3n lesionada, debido a que la sangre se acumula debido al golpe.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
