La\u00a0<b>tendinitis<\/b>\u00a0se produce cuando un\u00a0<b>tend\u00f3n se inflama.<\/b>\u00a0Esto puede suceder en las rodillas, hombros, mu\u00f1ecas y tobillos.\u00a0<\/p><p>Cuando un tend\u00f3n se hincha o inflama se produce un agudo dolor y en ocasiones imposibilita el movimiento de la zona afectada. Tal como ocurre en todas aquellas actividades, que s\u00f3lo requieren el<b>\u00a0uso constante de una sola articulaci\u00f3n<\/b>.<\/p><p>Puede ser tambi\u00e9n, un pinzamiento del nervio que se dedica al m\u00fasculo afectado y que no le permite hacer su trabajo correctamente.
